Artist development

Your career needs structure too.

We work with independent artists who want to stop improvising: what to do, in what order, and how to tell whether it worked.

Who it's for

For artists with a real project, ready to get organized.

It doesn't matter whether you've released anything yet or already have an audience. What matters is wanting to make decisions with better information.

  • You're starting out and don't know where to begin
  • You have music out, but no plan behind it
  • You're preparing a single, an EP or an album
  • You have an audience and want to grow in an organized way
  • Your project has moved on and it's time to review direction

What it addresses

What usually holds an independent artist back.

A blurry identity

The music is good, but it's hard to explain who you are and why anyone should remember you.

Releasing without a plan

The song comes out, gets posted about for a week, and then nothing else happens.

Ads too early

Money goes into ads while profiles, links and creative still aren't ready.

Disconnected decisions

Recording, image and promotion are hired separately, and no one ties them together.

Not knowing who you're talking to

Without reading audiences and context, every decision rests on a hunch.

Nothing gets evaluated

One release ends and the next begins with no idea of what worked.

How we work

We start by listening. Then we propose.

An ongoing process you can take as a whole or in parts.

We review your music, your profiles and what you want to achieve. Then we tell you what we see, what we'd do first and what can wait.

There's no mandatory package. Each service connects to the process, and the proposal sets out scope, who does what, and fees.

We are still formalizing this offer: for now, each service is confirmed in a proposal for your project.

Development and representation are different things: working with us on your project doesn't make you part of our roster.

Method

Eight phases, five moments.

Here's the cycle in plain language.

  1. UnderstandIdentity, brand and market reading. Phases 1 and 2.
  2. PlanGoals, calendar and recording plan. Phases 3 and 4.
  3. ProduceRecording and music production. Phase 5.
  4. Release and promoteDistribution, advertising and positioning. Phases 6 and 7.
  5. EvaluateWhat worked, what we learned and what comes next. Phase 8.

Each phase, with its inputs and outcomes, is detailed in the eight-phase method.

Possible deliverables

What you could walk away with.

It depends on the agreement: each proposal states which ones apply to your project.

We don't promise success, streams, contracts or profitability. What we do is make clear what was done, what was measured and what the next step is.

  • Artistic identity foundation
  • Market assessment
  • Roadmap with goals and calendar
  • Production plan
  • Music project, as scoped
  • Release plan
  • Campaign plan and agreed execution
  • Evaluation and updated plan
