Who is responsible
JGRMUSIC COMPANY LLC, based in Orlando, Florida, runs this site and manages the data it receives through it. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].
Data you give us
We only receive what you enter in a form. The fields vary with your request.
- Contact: name, email and phone or WhatsApp.
- Organization and location: company, role, city and country.
- Events: event type, date, time, venue, approximate guests, artist and services of interest, and a reference budget if you choose to share one.
- Artists and projects: artist name, career stage, project type, links to your music and goals.
- Community and interest lists: the artist or topic you're interested in and your preferred language.
- Your message, and the authorizations you checked along with their date.
- The page you sent the form from and its language.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up commercially.
- To prepare proposals and coordinate what you asked for.
- To send you news, only if you checked that option. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To protect the forms from spam and abuse.
- To measure site use and advertising, only if you accept those cookies.
Where it is stored
When you send a form, the request is saved in the site's own system and recorded in the company's CRM, where our team follows up on it.
Our team also receives an email notice with a summary of your request, through an email provider.

Meta's tools let us measure our campaigns and may be used to show related advertising.
Spam protection and security
The forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated programs. It is a security measure and does not depend on your cookie choice. Google receives technical information about your device and your use of the page to run that check, under its own terms.
To limit abusive submissions we also use, for a short time, a value derived from your IP address.
We take steps to protect your data, but no system connected to the internet is completely secure.

We share data with these providers so the site can work and for the purposes described here. They may process it in other countries.

How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain our relationship with you and meet our obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we will review the request and contact you with the outcome.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] to request any of the following. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. Some rights depend on the law that applies to you.
- Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to a use or ask us to limit it.
- Withdraw an authorization or unsubscribe from news. This does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
Minors
The forms on this site are intended for adults. Interest in the academy on behalf of a minor is expressed by their responsible adult, using the adult's own details. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us so we can look into it.
