Screens and visuals

The screen is part of the show too.

We add screens and visuals to the production when your event needs them and they are available for your date. First we define what will be seen and why.

Three separate scopes

Rental, operation and content.

These are three different jobs. You may need one, two or all three, and each is confirmed separately.

The screen

Rental

The agreed equipment for your date. Sizes and technology are confirmed in the proposal, subject to availability.

Who runs it

Operation

A person launches videos, presentations and changes following the program.

What is shown

Content creation

Visual pieces made for your event. If you already have yours, we check that they work on the screen.

What they are for

Where they add the most.

Openings and brand moments

A video entrance or a company message the whole room can see.

Presentations and speakers

Slides and supporting content so the audience can follow the program.

Live shows

Visuals synchronized with the lighting to reinforce the key moments of the show.

Celebrations

Videos of the couple or the family, entrances and messages for guests.

Step by step

How we define the scope.

  1. Goal

What the audience should see, and when.

  2. Venue review

Available space, height, power, room light and sight lines.

  3. Availability

We confirm which options exist for your date.

  4. Content

We define who creates it and what format it should arrive in.

  5. Setup and testing

We install and check the content on the screen, according to what was booked.

  6. Operation

We follow the program alongside sound and lighting, if the service includes it.

Coordination

Screen, light and sound have to talk to each other.

A very bright screen can compete with the lighting, and a video with no audio plan stops the program. That is why we treat it as part of the technical production and not as a separate piece of equipment.

What to tell us

What we need to know.

  • Venue, date and setup times
  • Indoor or outdoor
  • Approximate attendance and audience layout
  • What you want to show, and at which moments
  • Whether you already have the content or need us to create it
  • Whether you want rental, operation or both

Questions

Questions about screens.

What size are the screens?
We don't publish sizes or resolution on this page. They are confirmed in the proposal, based on your space and what is available for your date.
Is content included?
Only if the proposal says so. Content creation is a separate scope from rental and operation.
Can I bring my own videos?
Yes. We'll ask for the files ahead of time so we can test them before the event.

Request

Request your screen proposal.
