How JGRMUSIC works and where it's headed.
A clear look at the company's model, separating what it does today from what it is preparing and what is still vision.
Before you continue
What this page is and is not.
- It describes business lines, creative assets and how services relate to products.
- It is not an investment offer or an invitation to buy a stake.
- It includes no revenue, margins, user counts or projections.
- It does not claim ownership of masters or publishing: that depends on each project's documentation.

Vision
What is still direction, not capability.
| Line | Scope | Intended business model |
|---|---|---|
| Our own music platform | A place to access and listen to the artists' music | To be defined |
| Operations supported by AI | Automation, marketing and sales support, with human accountability | Operational efficiency, not direct revenue |
Creative assets
What the model rests on.
Our artists
Nati Ortiz and Julián Gil, each with their own identity, music and audience.
See artists →Catalog
JGRMUSIC appears as the label on releases by both artists.
See the catalog →Working method
An eight-phase cycle that organizes identity, production, release and evaluation.
See the method →LumiBeat
An instrument created by Julián Gil that combines electronic drums and light.
Meet Julián Gil →Production capability
Studio and stage knowledge applied to our own projects and to others.
See production →Communities
People interested in each artist, a starting point for concerts, music and educational content.
See community →Relationships
How services and digital products relate.
Products do not replace services: they rest on the same catalog, knowledge and audience.
Artists and music
The creative core. Identity, songs and releases.
Shows and production
Show bookings and technical and music projects.
Community
People who follow the artists and may attend our own concerts.
Digital products
Academy, guides, tracks and sheet music. Still in preparation.
Potential revenue sources
Several paths, at different paces.
These are paths planned in the model. They imply no results, amounts or profitability.
- Show bookings
- Production services
- Advisory work and campaigns
- Authorized use of music
- Event tickets
- Sales of guides and resources
- Educational membership
Expansion
Two languages. Audience isn't presence.
International reach covers services, community, music and education for Spanish- and English-speaking audiences.
A target audience does not equal a commercial presence in that country. The base is in Orlando, Florida, and other destinations are defined project by project.
