Corporate events

A show with a job to do at your event.

Galas, conventions, awards, launches and company celebrations. We start with what the event has to achieve and place each moment within your run of show.

Event goal

What needs to happen in the room?

The same artist and the same stage can serve very different goals. That is why we ask this first.

Welcome and connect

Set the tone for guest arrival, an executive reception or a client appreciation event.

Present something new

Open an event, reveal a product or make an executive entrance count.

Recognize people

Give an awards segment or a tribute its own place in the evening.

Celebrate and close

End a convention, an annual celebration or a year of work with stage energy.

Event moments

Four ways into your run of show.

With Nati Ortiz, Julián Gil or both, depending on the event.

Arrival

Welcome & networking

A live violin show for guest arrival, cocktail hour, executive receptions and client events. Repertoire and energy shaped by the audience and the venue.

Opening

Brand moment

A custom performance for an opening, an executive entrance, an award or a product reveal. Music, timing and visuals are coordinated with your team.

Stage

Main show

The central stage moment for galas, annual celebrations, conferences and closings. It can be violin, live drums or the joint format.

Several moments

Full event

Two or more moments tied together: reception, opening, awards and closing. Depending on the proposal, it can add sound, lighting, LED drums, dancers and other performers.

Tailored

Built around your brand and your run of show.

Each show is curated for that event. Here is what we adjust with you.

Is your event in November or December? We also have a holiday season show for companies.

  • Event identity and purpose
  • Audience profile
  • Music style and energy
  • Executive entrances and cues
  • Reveals and awards
  • Placement and length of each performance

Technical integration

We work with the team you already have.

Depending on the venue, guest count and format, we determine whether in-house production is enough or should be reinforced. The proposal puts that in writing.

JGRMUSIC COMPANY LLC coordinates directly with planners, AV companies and venue representatives to protect the event timeline.

Process

How we work with your team.

  1. Request

Event type, date, city, venue, guest count and schedule.

  2. Recommendation

We check availability and suggest the moments that best serve the goal.

  3. Proposal and reservation

Scope in writing. The date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

  4. Coordination

Cues, technical requirements, setup, soundcheck and access with your planner, the venue or your AV provider.

Questions

What event teams usually ask.

Can the music be tailored to our brand or theme?
Yes. Repertoire, energy, length, wardrobe and key moments are defined around your brand, audience and goals.
Is professional sound included?
It depends on the venue, guest count and format. We'll tell you whether in-house production works or should be reinforced, and the proposal will spell it out.
Can you travel outside Orlando?
We are based in Orlando. Other destinations are considered project by project, and logistics go in the proposal when needed.
What does the investment depend on?
Format, length, venue, guest count, production and travel. Your proposal breaks it down.
