How it works

From your list to one proposal.

  1. You select your needs

    In the form, you check the services and share your event details.

  2. We review with you

    We clarify goals, audience, venue, priorities and what you already have covered.

  3. Consolidated proposal

    We bring the chosen services and the scope of each into one document.

  4. Adjustments

    You can add, remove or change services until it reflects what you want.

  5. Agreement and booking

    Your date is secured with a signed agreement and a deposit. The terms are set out in the agreement.

  6. Coordination

    We work through the program with the assigned teams and the venue until event day.

What to know

A proposal, not a single price.

Every event combines different services, so we don't publish a general rate.

Each service is itemized

You'll see what each line includes and what it leaves out. Nothing is assumed included unless it is in writing.

Your selection sets the scope

Changing a service changes the proposal. Vendors you already have can stay with you.

Availability is confirmed

Artists, equipment and pieces depend on your date and venue. Sending a request doesn't hold anything.

Coordination

Fewer scattered conversations.

When the show, the technical side and the decor come from one plan, setup times and program changes get resolved in one place. We also coordinate directly with planners, venues and AV teams who are already part of your event.

Do I have to book every service?
No. You choose what you need, and only that goes into the proposal.
Are you my event planner?
We include planning and coordination to the extent you book them. The proposal states how far that role goes.
Can I bring my own planner or vendors?
Yes. We coordinate with them and make clear what each party handles.
How much does a full-service event cost?
It depends on the services, the date, the venue and the logistics. You'll see it in your proposal, based on what you select.
