This site belongs to JGRMUSIC COMPANY LLC, based in Orlando, Florida. By using it, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please do not use it.
Permitted use
You may browse, read the content and send us requests in good faith. You may not:
- Use the site for illegal purposes or to harm others.
- Send false information, offensive content or other people's data without authorization.
- Try to access restricted areas or interfere with the site or its forms.
- Extract content in bulk with automated tools.
Information on the site
We describe our services in general terms. The actual scope of each project is defined in its proposal.
Some lines are marked as in development or open to interest. That label means they are not available yet. Joining an interest list is not a purchase or a reservation.
We aim to keep the content accurate and current, but it may contain errors or change without notice.
Requests and proposals
Only a signed agreement commits you and us.
Request
Sending a form does not create a contract, hold a date or confirm availability.
Proposal
A proposal or estimate describes a possible scope and terms. It is not binding.
Agreement
A service is booked only through an agreement signed by both parties. That agreement sets out the price, deposit, payments, changes and cancellations.
Intellectual property
The text, images, videos, music, trademarks and design on this site belong to JGRMUSIC COMPANY LLC or to the relevant artists and rights holders, or are used with authorization.
You may view them and share links to them. Copying, modifying, distributing or using them commercially requires prior written authorization.
Viewing or listening to content on this site does not give you any rights in it.
What you send us
If you share links to your music, ideas or other material, you confirm that you have the right to do so. We will use it to evaluate your request. It remains yours, and sending it does not oblige us to work with you or publish it. How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Third-party links and services
The site links to music platforms, social networks, media outlets and other external sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
No warranties and limitation of liability
We provide the site as is, without promising that it will always run without interruptions or errors. Nothing published here guarantees artistic, commercial or audience results.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. Anything agreed in a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.
